Grated Parmesan Cheese 6-7 OZ
Prosciutto ½ LB
Tomatoes. Chopped 3-4
Butter 1/½ LB
Penne Pasta 3 LB
Salt reg or sea salt 2 0nces
Black Pepper 6 0Z

Method

MELT BETTER IN POT SAUTE PROSCIUTTO,TOMATOES UNTIL PROSCIUTTO AND TOMATOES ARE A LITTLE COOKED (NOT CRISPY) REMOVE POT FROM STOVE AND ADD VODKA (BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU DO THIS IT MIGHT FLAIR UP)BURN OFF THE ALCOHOL ADD YOUR HEAVY CREAM AND GRADED CHESE SLOWLY STIRING AS YOU DO REDUCE FOR ABOUT 25 MIN MABE LESS ADD MARINARA SUUCE BASIL AND PARSLEY SIMMER FOR 25 MIN DO NOT ADD TO MUCH SALT BECAUSE THE PROSCIUTTO IS SALTY SOMTIMES
